At that moment, a worker in overalls was precision machining the mating surfaces of the pump body. "Inspecting the billet—clamping—reading the drawing—machining—this four-step cycle is my daily work." "His name is Mao Huiping, and he's a CNC lathe operator in the workshop. To ensure the precision of the mating parts, he needs to strictly control every procedure to meet the high-precision component requirements of specialized industrial pumps.


For most people, the word 'pump' carries a sense of distance. In fact, as a key general-purpose fluid machinery device, the pump's main function is to transport or pressurize fluids; in the industry, it's called the 'heart' of a factory. Unlike ordinary pumps, in industrial fields such as chemical and metallurgy, this 'heart' needs to withstand the dual extreme challenges of 98% concentrated sulfuric acid and temperatures exceeding 200°C, requiring special manufacturing.
